AVULSED To Record New Mini-CD
January 1, 2006Spanish extreme metallers AVULSED will enter the studio in late January/early February to record a mini-CD, "Reanimations", featuring two brand new tracks ("River Runs Red" and "Foetal Consolation"),a remake of one song from their 1992 debut demo ("Unconscious Pleasure") and three cover songs: W.A.S.P.'s "I Wanna Be Somebody", GOREFEST's "Mental Misery" and EXODUS' "Piranha". As a bonus, there will be eight AVULSED tracks performed and recorded by other bands: five Spanish acts — TERRORISTARS, KAOTHIC, WITCHES' SABBATH, BYLETH and ABYFSS — plus three bands from abroad: IN ELEMENT (Argentina),CARNAVAGE (Algeria) and TWISTED FATE (Australia). The CD will be released by Electric Chair Music in Spain and Xtreem Music in the rest of the world.
In other news, AVULSED will be embarking on a full Mexican tour (seven or eight shows) in August. Exact cities and dates will be announced soon. More information is available at www.myspace.com/avulsedzone.
